Hotel Jade was a great place to stay in Geneva! The location was very convenient to all the sights we wanted to see, and there was a really good kebab place just around the corner — a perfect spot for a quick and tasty meal. Plus, there’s a city parking garage nearby, which made parking easy and hassle-free.

I always love staying at the Jade when I can. I feel at home and well cared for. They surprised us with a free upgrade this trip which was wonderful. First thing we did was sit on the patio off one room. Breakfast here is always amazing with more delicious options than you have room for including a fantastic selection of teas. Great location a short walk from the train station and centre of town. Lots of great restaurants nearby.

Nice hotel in a goood location close to important sightseeing points such is a lake Geneva ,fountain, flower clock , museum of history Nice friendly staff that speaks multiple Languages , clean rooms, nice lobby, close to everything .

Hotel was a great location minutes ftom train station. The staff were friendly and helpful. Everything was spotless , bed was so comfy but pillows not so much . Everything was perfect and added bonus the room was ready earlier than expected.

Room was very clean, but far too hot (despite AC). The beds were a great size but super uncomfortable pillows. The shower water switched from hot to cold which really added to the wake up. Breakfast was okay but unfortunately made less enjoyable by the grumpy staff member and total lack of atmosphere. Also, they charge 35chf for parking when there is a car park approx 5 mins walk that costs 10. Wouldn't return.

Great wee spot

We had a fantastic stay at this city break hotel with friends. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and offered everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with any questions or requests. We were able to borrow phone chargers when we found that our European adapters didn't work, which was a real lifesaver. The only small downside was that the beds were a bit too firm for our liking, so if you prefer a softer mattress, you might want to take that into consideration. However, this did not take away from the overall great experience. We’d definitely recommend it for anyone looking for a convenient and welcoming place to stay!
