this hotel was excellent, nice clean room, in walking distance to the water, the fountain, the merry go round and a very nice beach, with showers, toilets, eating places and it’s only 2FF to get in. Near the bus station, like a 5 min. walk. I would differently stay at this hotel again. ALL the workers were very nice and helpful. One guy by the name of Paul was very helpful to us in giving out direction! Way to go Paul! Would I stay at this hotel again? YES, for sure!

Hotel montana was perfect for our stay. Very quiet, very near the station and amenities. Easy walk to the Lake. Our room was clean and comfortable and the air con and fridge were great assets.

Family Vacation

Hotel Montana was close to everything. A quick walk to the lake and great restaurants. It is in the Red Light District but it wasn't an issue. We enjoyed our stay.

Great location. Simple and basic rooms.

Great location right next to the SBB train station. A close walk to the lake and local parks. The staff were helpful and friendly. The rooms were very small and bare-bones. You get what you pay for. The stay was fine and they were accommodating with adding cribs in the room.

A beautiful hotel in a great location, walk to lakefront or old town, 2 blocks from train station or tram station, quiet, great breakfast in a lovely room. Highly recommend this hotel.

Great location, however the hotel is not up to 3 star as it advertised. We found old shoes in our room (left by previous customer but house keeping didn't take away) pillow and towels are old, and uncomfortable, the window go right out, no fence or Mosquito screens, children could be falling down without any safety measure. I will not recommend

This hotel has a very good location and is only two blocks from the train station. The service was very good. The mini bar in the room did not work (it was not cold inside; only its light works). We reported it, but they did not fix it. The breakfast was acceptable, but its variety was not that great.
