We shoud have parking discount, upon check in they wanted to pay full price. When I said we have discount of 29 FR we paid for parking and city tax for 3 persons 40,50 FR. I don’ t like it - Royal hotel Geneve no more

Stayed at this hotel before and got ViP access with my platinum status but this time around I got zero benefits. Was even put in a small and inferior room in front of noisy service elevator. Tried messaging the hotel and Expedia about this but just didn’t have the time to chase as I was here busy with work. Quite disappointed with this 2nd visit compared to my first.
