According to my booking confirmation, my Superior Suite rate included "Breakfast Buffet". However, when I went to have breakfast in the morning, after I had already served food onto my plate, the waitress informed me that breakfast was not included and that I had to pay for it. I clearly told her that breakfast was included in my reservation, as stated in my Expedia confirmation. She then checked with the reception and came back insisting that I had to pay. The situation was embarrassing and time-sensitive, and I had to leave to my work without eating breakfast, despite having already paid for a rate that includes it. This caused: Direct loss of a service that was included in the rate I paid; Unnecessary stress and embarrassment in front of staff and other guests; Disruption of my schedule, as I left for my meetings without having breakfast.

Great place! We were only there for a 13 hour layover, but it's a great location, the rooms are clean, and there was a restaurant and bar on the premises. And the beds were comfortable! Who could ask for more?

The staff were so friendly and helpful. The hotel was excellent location for walking to the trains and buses and airport. The airport shuttle was appreciated. The room had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. I would stay here again.

We only stayed at this hotel one night before a flight out the next day. The room was clean and spacious. There was a mini fridge, kettle and microwave. The only issue we had was we could not get any heat in the room and the front desk did not answer when we called. There aren't many options in the area to eat or buy food. We were able to get some snacks at a gas station convenience store within walkng distance. The hotel offers a free airport shuttle. The hotel was fine for a one night layover.

Great value hotel near the airport with nice room and friendly staff. Nice to have access to the gym also. Used the convenient airport shuttle once. Had to walk to the airport for our flight though as there were too many guests waiting for the limited spaces on the shuttle bus (every twenty mins was a bit too long to wait). Apart from that definitely recommended!
