Upstairs: mezzanine, 3rd bedroom + 4th bedroom (double bed each), 5th bedroom (2 single beds), bathroom/toilet. Cot + high chair. WIFI connection. Gas central heating (ADDITIONAL CHARGE ACCORDING TO METER)[hidden]m² unfenced landscaped garden (swing, table tennis, table football, deckchairs). Boules game. Piano. Firewood provided. This gîte benefits from the immediate proximity of the forest, 200 m from a deer crossing point.
