In the heart of Grande Champagne, 7 km from COGNAC AND JARNAC, this old Charentaise farmhouse will seduce you with its simplicity and authenticity
On the ground floor you will find a large fitted kitchen and a spacious living room in a Grande Champagne atmosphere with convertible sofa
a bathroom and a separate toilet as well as a laundry area
Upstairs, 4 bedrooms with 160 cm bed 2 beds 1. 40 and 2 beds of 0. 90, a bathroom and WC
The East facing house opens onto a shaded garden with outdoor equipment, sunbathing, barbecue etc.
A huge meadow of more than one hectare adjoins the main house with access to the river - Children's play area - large outbuildings for large family reception
the cottage is located in a village with all amenities
The ocean is 80 km, Bordeaux and Poitiers a hundred km
bikes are available free of charge - possibility of walks along the
Charente river As well as in the Cognaçais vineyard
Visit of the Big Houses of Cognac, navigation on the Charente, canoe
Our animal friends are welcome
