The room is new, clean, cookwares are of good quality. My room at 40 floor has marvellous view, the swimming pool at 42 floor has superb view.

The hotel is excellent, especially the cleanliness. From the rooms to the outdoor public areas, everything is maintained to a very high standard, which adds greatly to our comfort. We were fortunate to have sea-view rooms! All three bedrooms are very comfortable, making our family reunion from overseas truly perfect.

Room was clean. However there were stains on the carpet. Daily housekeeping was provided and any feedback can be channelled to customer service via WhatsApp. One way shuttle provided from hotel to Queensbay mall and Chew Jetty. Good variety of breakfast.

Studio style house with kitchen, bedroom, and living room. Rooftop swimming pool is cool with a gym, too. Very clean. The breakfast is fantastic and provided by the hotel next by, where you go from the reception very easily. Loved the stay and especially the breakfast and the sky pool
