This detached chalet in Bavaria is located in the small district of Unterrehberg and is idyllically situated in the Zottbachtal valley on a 2,000m², fully fenced plot in a uniquely quiet, secluded location. The house combines charm and comfort - ideal for families, groups and dog owners. A large lounge with kitchenette, two covered terraces, seating areas, barbecue, table tennis and an old tree population ensure a real hut feeling and relaxing days surrounded by nature
The Zottbach Valley in the Upper Palatinate Forest offers peace, nature and variety. Hiking and cycling tours start directly at the doorstep, while dog owners appreciate the freedom of the large property. In summer, enjoy the natural pond in Waldthurn, the outdoor pool in Pleystein or the Weiden thermal world. Winter fun awaits at the Fahrenberg ski lift and the Silberhütte cross-country centre with over 50 km of trails and floodlights. Culturally, the region offers the Bärnau-Tachov History Park, castle ruins in Pleystein or a trip across the border to the Czech Republic with viewpoints like Havran Tower.
