Your Georgetown adventure begins at this cozy 2-bedroom house with private dock on Winyah Bay. Fully equipped to sleep 6 with all the amentities you expect as a vacation home. This beautiful bungalow offers not only comfort and style but also the convenience of being just moments away from some of the area's most exciting hot spots such as: Historic Georgetown Harborwalk with vibey restaurants and quant shops, music & entertainment of Murrells Inlet, pristine beaches of Pawley's Island & Myrtle Beach, award-winning golf courses, and picturesque plantations & nature reserves perfect for hiking and experiencing the natural beauty of the Low Country. Alternatively, you can just enjoy the sunsets and serenity of Winyah Bay from your own private dock.

Bungalow details:

BEDROOMS: Bedroom 1: King Bed | Bedroom 2: King Bed | Living Room: Queen-size sleeper sofa. Bedrooms equipped with nightstands, dressers, closets, and ceiling fans.

KITCHEN: Fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, gas stove, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, coffee makers (Keurig & Drip), toaster, granite counters, dining table, and recessed dimming lights. All the pots, pans, and tableware you will need.

BATHROOM: Walk-in shower with dual shower heads, tiled flooring and vanity sink with mirror. Ample bright lighting with dimmers.

INDOOR LIVING: Smart TV, Free Wi-Fi, 2 sofas, 1 loveseat, coffee table, 4 footrests, 2 cabinets, floor lamps and stand. Living room has 2 ceiling fans and recessed dimming lights.

SCREENED PORCH: Large patio area with attached deck, 8-person table, circular lounging sofa, coffee table and chairs.

OUTDOOR LIVING: Fenced-in yard (front & back), 2 swing benches, cushioned chaise lounges, BBQ grill, oyster table, fire pit and cornhole equipment. Dock does not currently accommodate boats since there is no attached floater.

DOCK: 2 Adirondack chairs, fishing pole holder, crab trap, sink with countertop, storage bench and outdoor shower.

CARRIAGE HOUSE: Equipped with washer & dryer, small refrigerator, sofa, dresser, desk with computer workstation and chair. Carriage house has attached outdoor shower area.

PARKING: Room for 5 vehicles in driveway. Steet parking also available.

GENERAL: Central heating & air conditioning, linens/towels/blankets, hair dryer, trash bags, paper towels.

- Mean average low tide at dock is 1.5 feet; Mean average high tide at dock is 4.8 feet. King tides can range from 0 to 6 feet at dock pierhead.

Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Leave all used towels in a pile on the floor of the bathroom.
Strip used linen and place in bedroom hamper.
Please turn off all lights, appliances, etc. and set thermostat to 68 in winter and 78 in summer.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
