The hotel has a good presentation outside. Dinning and bar is nice. The breakfast we had on the first day was good. The room we stayed in though needs major renovations. We booked for 3 nights and ended up only staying there one night.

The Amazing Grand Coastal Hotel

This was my second stay at Grand Coastal and I’ll definitely return. The staff were friendly and professional. Communicating with staff, prior to my arrival and during my stay, was excellent. Cleanliness of the facility was impressive. All staff were courteous and very helpful; Romel, Visham, David, Cheryl, Ryan, Ferguson were exceptional. The food was delicious and I gained a few pounds. The only amenity missing was the gym. I would encourage the owner to replace the gym which was at this facility during my previous stay. A smaller gym would definitely be an asset for many visitors.

The staff provided exceptional service, and the food quality was excellent; however, the pricing was somewhat excessive. Alternative dining options are readily accessible via taxi. Street noise levels were high, but quieter accommodations are available in rooms located towards the rear of the hotel. Consider contacting hotels directly to request a room in a quieter location. Overall, the establishment is charming, and the staff's friendliness and helpfulness were outstanding.

I highly recommend the Grand Costal. The rooms offer comfortable accommodations at reasonable prices. The exceptional staff is a significant highlight; from the check-in desk to the bartenders, waitstaff, and housekeeping, every employee provided outstanding customer service. My only minor critique is the pool's location directly in front of the bar and waiting area, though I understand renovations are underway to address this. While the on-site food is delicious, it is overpriced; I suggest Sunny and Sweetie for a more affordable and authentic culinary experience nearby. However, I would absolutely stay at the Grand Costal again due to its intimate size, exceptional service, and cleanliness.

Another Great Stay at Grand Coastal!

From the moment we arrived, the service was top-notch. Romel, who picked us up from the airport, was punctual, professional, and great to chat with. Tomika, our server, made us feel like family with her warm personality, engaging small talk, and great local recommendations. Her friendliness added a special touch to our stay. Kevin was also fantastic—easygoing, attentive, and kind when taking our orders. The rooms were clean, the staff was welcoming, and overall, we had another amazing stay. This was our second visit, and Grand Coastal continues to impress. Looking forward to coming back again!

Visited only for 1 night because flight cancellation but it was a nice property with very friendly staff. The room was spacious and food was great. Very accommodating. Romel taxi guy drove us and was interactive. Would likely visit again.

Grand Coastal is a beautiful hotel with very helpful and accommodating staff. My family had a wonderful experience staying there for 8 nights. The property is gorgeous and food is delicious. Colin and Cheryl were the best and made us feel very welcomed and comfortable. The only thing they are missing is a fitness facility on the property. We will definitely be staying there again and recommending the hotel to family and friends.

Property has a relaxing atmosphere. also liked the on site hairdressing.. there is an at home atmosphere, staff always helpful. taxi staff always available.. Bisham was great, always helpful. Just one thing I would wish for is an elevator.. my 80 year old legs did their best with the stairs. Thank you to all the front desk staff as well...

I had a wonderful stay at Grand Coastal . The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, making sure everything was perfect throughout my visit. The food was delicious, with a great variety to choose from. A special mention to the driver, Romel who was excellent—punctual, courteous, and very professional. Overall, a fantastic experience, and I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for great service and comfort!
