Enjoy the morning breakfast and the staff was very helpful and polite. Employees very noisy early morning hours before 6am using hand truck to transport supplies next to my door and my wife woke up most of the morning because of that.

This stay was awful and we tried to leave after one night. Management promised a 50% refund on our stay but this never materialised. The hotel is not like the website and the number of 10/10 reviews for this hotel is a total fabrication. I would never stay here again.

Shocking stay here. The hotel does not match the description and the volume of outstanding reviews is highly questionable. We left our booking early after just one night because the noise from the road right outside the hotel was so loud. It was like sleeping next to a motorway. The staff were nice, but the hotel is impossible to feel comfortable in. Would never stay again.

This hotel is actually very nice and the staff was very helpful. There is a restaurant, that provides great food. My only critique would be that it is right by a highway. So if you have a room on that side it can get very loud.

I had the opportunity to stay at grand costal for the past week and it was amazing experience. From checkin to checkout was seamless. The property is in an excellent location that allows you to experience both city and country activities. The staff was a friendly and attentive at all times. The restaurant have a variety of cuisines and everything I tried was delicious. Thank you to David, Dave, Romel, Umadai, Jamal, Kevin, Thalia, Vanessa and Freguson for catering for our big group needs. The hotel’s location is ideal — just a short drive from town, but far enough away to offer a relaxing and tranquil atmosphere. The hotel grounds are lush, beautifully maintained, and give off a serene vibe, making it a perfect escape. The room I stayed in was spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated, with a blend of modern comfort and tropical charm. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the amenities were top-notch — everything from the air conditioning to the free Wi-Fi worked perfectly. The views from the room were stunning, overlooking the lush landscape and busy roadway which I loved. Dining at the hotel was a delight. The restaurant offered a variety of delicious dishes, with local Guyanese flavors blending seamlessly with international options.
