The Billfish Bungalow has a unique atmosphere, with views of the marsh and a place to sit and enjoy it. The house sits 3 minutes from the closest boat ramp, 6 minutes from downtown Georgetown, and 21 minutes from beach access at Pawleys Island.

The BB is a great home. Everything is neat and clean. The beds are good. The HVAC worked great. It has basic kitchen stuff. We were able to cook a meal there with the pans available. It also has a fish cleaning station, outside shower, Large parking lot and hose near the parking lot. It also has an outlet outside that was perfect for charging a trolling motor. I have a 22 foot boat. It fit nicely with room for two more vehicles. There is a hose in the front that was awesome for rinsing the boat. I plan on staying here often.

The hosts were welcoming, however when we advised that there was little or no dish washing supplies (no dishwasher), they said just leave the dirty dishes in the sink. That would be fine for one night stay but not two, so we made do with what was there.

Convenient and clean

This little house is ideal for a smal group of friends. We have a boat and wanted to stay in between Winyah Bay and the North Santee river. The house was very clean, updated, and comfortable. Highly recommended!

Great weekend getaway

Nice little bungalow for a weekend stay. The deck and view was pretty awesome. Great for some grilling and cold drinks! Well stocked kitchen and linens. Close to the restaurants and shopping on the water. Will definitely book again!

Stay in Georgetown

Very clean cute cottage on the marsh! Just as described. Nice washer and dryer, lots of linens. The only issue we ahd was that we arrived right at 4pm as we were told but we had never received a keycode from the owner. we called her and texted her as well as VRBO. We had to wait in our car until 4:45 before owner answered, VRBO could not reach her either. She did apologize and refunded a nights cost, but we were tired after a long drive and had groceries in the car that needed to be refrigerated.

The house was clean and comfortable. We loved sitting on the back deck. The location was perfect for getting to the start line for the Bridge to Bridge Half marathon and for enjoying downtown Georgetown.

Fishing vacation

Perfect place to stay for a two day fishing vacation in Georgetown. Clean well set up house with plenty of parking for a trailer. They have a nice fish cleaning station on the side and a huge deck with grill and furniture on the back. Just across the street from the state boat ramp. Loved it!

Easter Get Away

The property was perfect for an Easter get away with my parents. My dad's walker and mom's cane were no problem in this senior-friendly property (walk in shower, hand held detachable shower head, no stairs, wide flat deck). The bungalow is so sweet and the views are lovely! Talor is super easy to work with.

Nice Home

The home was very comfortable. Communication was strong. We stayed in Georgetown to be close to several day trip locations and it was a fine location for that. The coffee shop and ice cream shop were nice in town.

Frustrating moment

We had an issue first day as we were not able to get into rental until after 6:30pm. My daughter was very tired from the long drive. The host was kind enough to provide an adjustment due to the situation.

Girls Weekend

We loved staying at the Billfish! The beds are comfortable, the house is clean and we had everything we needed and more. It's a cozy bungalow perfect for hanging out, watching movies, eating or whatever. AND there are so many great restaurants to try less than five minutes away!
