I like staying here. Staff is always nice. Room was clean. Temperature in room was just right. I stayed during off season so not many people sonit was quiet. Best part of this place is the proximety to everything. Easy walk to town square. Easy drive to touristy destinations. I have stayed here several times and will stay again

Lets start with the hot water for the shower, it was no existent until we reported it to the front desk. Then it was fixed but it only lasted one day. Then next thing was a verbal and physical fighting couple in the next room to us that lasted 2 nights of the stay.

Look, it's dirt cheap & in a great location, in regards of attractions. It's not "nice", I wouldn't bring my wife & daughters there. I doubt I stay there again. It's worth the extra money to stay at a better place.

The rate was very reasonable, so my expectations were not high. The location is great. The room was clean. The staff was friendly and courteous. They do need to fix the bed in room 8!

Have stayed there several times in the past and where very satisfied. Always clean and comfortable. This time checked in and left for an off-site event. One thirty AM, exhausted came back to get some rest. Nice comfy King size bed. My wife and I immediately fell into a hole in the middle of the bed. Fitted sheet kept flying off the mattress. No matter which edge you tried to hang on yo ended up in the hole in the middle of the bed after two nights of rolling into the void our stay was over. On checkout the desk person's response was, the owner is aware, he's getting a new frame, that one is broken. Said it promoted snuggling. There were plenty of vacant rooms. If they knew that the bed was broken they shouldn't have booked it. Very disappointed probably our last stay there

Easy process from booking to checking in to check out. The staff was great. Harlin was awesome thanks for everything. He was very nice and answered any questions we had. The location was amazing and very convenient within walking distance to a lot of things and not far driving to anywhere. Great food places close. Will be back

Positive—bed very comfortable, no carpet and was clean. Negatives—very difficult to track down front office guy most of the time, door locks didn’t work well which matters in an open to the parking lot style room, VERY basic and rundown. “Breakfast” was a prepackaged danish/honeybun and weak coffee.

I stay at this property multiple times each year i travel to gettysburg. Aint no 5 star class act, but its quaint, comfortable, relaxing home away from home vibes. Staff is really nice and interactible, anything you need youll get. The floors may not be clean to eat food off of or as modern as some folks expect, but for me, its perfect enough. This is my hot spot for gettysburg travels.

I stayed here in Oct. 2021 and again in Oct. 2025. There was a noticeable drop in quality of stay in that time. The room was not clean. There were peanuts on the floor next to the nightstand and what looked like a piece of cracker or possibly breakfast cereal behind the door. I found several insects in the room, including a grasshopper. The furnishings are dated, which isn’t an issue for me, but they are really looking worn at this point. For some reason the floor lamp operated by the light switch next to the door was unplugged and I had to use the flashlight on my phone to find the on/off control for the next closest one which was over the tv. What this place has going for it is the location, which is awesome, and it’s inexpensive. I wouldn’t rule out staying here in the future, but I would check recent reviews to see if the downward trajectory I witnessed has been reversed.

They need updates on the mattresses, bed spreads were old and smelly. Both lampshades were all busted up. I loved the blue sink and tub but they were so filthy like they were never cleaned. I took pictures of the filthy tub. We had to go out and buy a bath mat so we wouldn't get some kind of disease. And the toilet needed tightened down because it rocked. This place could be very nice if it would be cleaned up in the inside.
