Hotel is in a great location for exploring the city centre on foot. Room was small and basic but clean. Bed was comfy and the walk-in shower was a good size. Given we didn’t spend a great deal of time in the room it had everything we needed.

The hotel was very nice and clean and its in the heart of Ghent. The staff are very welcoming and friendly. I cut my finger during the holiday and one of the female staff went out of her way to get me some gloves to protect my finger so i can shower. The feel inside the hotel and in the reception area is very comfortable and they provide you with unlimited hot drinks during your stay. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Wonderful

This was one of the cleanest hotels I have ever stayed at. The staff were all impeccably kind. Amazing location, very close to transport options, and also very walkable area to all the main sites. Stayed with 2 teenagers and they were happy to have a McDonald's nearby ;) Lots of local options for parents too!
