Wird den Erwartungen leider nicht gerecht.

Auf Grund des Inserats erwarteten wir eine ruhige Ferienwohnung am Rand von ghisonaccia mit viel freier FlĂ€che draussen zum spiele fĂŒr die Kinder. Leider entspricht das gar nicht der RealitĂ€t. Die wohnung befindet sich in einem mindestens 15 autominuten entfernten Nachbarort. Der aussenbereich ist durch mindestens 4 frei herum laufende Hunde fĂŒr (zumindest kleine) Kinder nicht nutzbar. DrĂŒber hinaus darf man tĂ€glich den Kot entfernen und muss Abends/Nachts die Hunde vor dem haus vertreiben um wenigstens etwas ruhe zu bekommen. Durch die hunde gibt es keine ruhigen nĂ€chte, in den meisten StĂ€dten ist es deutlich leiser. Dazu war die wohnung bei Ankunft nicht ordentlich gereinigt, insbesondere den kĂŒchenbereich mussten wir erst reinigen um ihn nutzen zukönnen. Weitere Dinge(kein internet trotz angabe im inserat, dreck und mĂŒll unter betten und schrĂ€nken, Gas vom Herd bei ankunft alle) trĂŒbten das Gesamtbild weiter. Positiv ist zu bewerten, das der Gastgeber schnell antwortet und zumindest das Gasproblem sehr schnell gelöst hat. DarĂŒber hinaus ist die Gegend generell schön, die unterkunft im vergleich zu anderen (insbesondere preislich) vergleichbaren Ferienwohnungen aber nicht zu empfehlen.

Annulation au dernier moment.

Le gĂ©rant immobilier a annulĂ© au dernier moment car les personnes qui avaient louĂ© avant avaient laissĂ© le logement dans un Ă©tat pitoyable. Donc nous avons Ă©tĂ© remboursĂ©. Mais ensuite pas facile de trouver un logement pour 4. En espĂ©rant qu’Abritel fera un geste commercial.

VACANZA RELAX IN MEZZO ALLA NATURA

Siamo una famiglia di 5 persone ed abbiamo soggiornato nelle due settimane centrali di agosto. La casa si presenta semplice, ma pulita e confortevole e rispecchia perfettamente la descrizione dell'annuncio. Si trova a ridosso delle montagne: in 20 minuti potete raggiungere fiumi e sentieri per un'altra vacanza inaspettata (anche per questo non abbiamo mai sofferto il caldo in casa). Il mare dista 13 km circa, ma la strada per raggiungerlo Ăš veramente piacevole, sia per panorama che per assenza di traffico. Laurent Ăš stato accogliente e molto disponibile. In complesso siamo stati molto soddisfatti della sistemazione! Consigliatissima per chi cerca tranquillitĂ .

Agréables vacances en campagne corse

Nous avons vĂ©cu un sĂ©jour vraiment agrĂ©able et dĂ©paysant dans cette petite maison. Bien qu’elle soit divisĂ©e en 3 logements, notre partie Ă©tait totalement indĂ©pendante des autres. Le logement est correctement Ă©quipĂ©, la literie confortable. Il n’y a pas Ă©normĂ©ment de touristes dans le coin ce qui est trĂšs apprĂ©ciable : calme, pas d’embouteillage. Bien situĂ© entre la mer, la montagne et ses riviĂšres. Laurent a Ă©tĂ© un hĂŽte formidable, plein de bons conseils et de bienveillance.

Gerne wieder!

Wir haben uns in der Ferienwohnung und der Umgebung rundum sehr wohl gefĂŒhlt. Unser Hund hat sich sofort mit den HĂŒndinnen der NachbarhĂ€user angefreundet (wir ebenso). Hunde, Katzen und Vogelnest gehörten zum Haus. Im Haus sind mehrere Ferienwohnungen. Es liegt nicht am/ im Ort, sondern ca. 10km von Ghisonaccia entfernt. Der Vermieter ist sehr nett, wohnt nebenan und reagiert sofort, wenn man etwas braucht (z.B. Hilfe beim Anstellen der Waschmaschine oder Ausflugstipps). Die Wohnung war sauber, die Ausstattung nicht die Neueste, aber alles vorhanden. Gerne wieder!

Ruhig gelegen, Angaben im Inserat nicht ganz richtig

Man könnte den Eindruck bekommen man Mieter ein kleines HĂ€uschen. So ist es nicht. Das Haus ist in drei Wohneinheiten geteilt. Man benötigt mit dem Auto mehr als 10 Min zur nĂ€chsten Einkaufmöglichkeit und 20 zum Meer. Bettzeug war vorhanden, BetteĂ€sche nicht. Die Wohnung ist im allgemeinen eher Ă€lter und nicht gepflegt. FĂŒr mich war es grenzwertig. Die Betten waren durchgelegen und das Bad musste erst mal geputzt werden bevor man es benutzen wollte. Der Vermieter ist allerdings sehr nett und hat viele gute Tipp fĂŒr AusflĂŒge. Hunde und Katzen sollte man mögen da die Nachbarstiere alle gerne vorbeikommen. Sie sind alle sehr vertrĂ€glich und liebenswert. War mit unseren Hundrn kein Problem.
