Great location

June was awesome at check in. I know I left a charging chord in my room, and a follow up call revealed they didn't find it. Kinda bummed about that. Location was great!

We stayed from Thursday until Friday morning around 9am. The check in was great. Staff was friendly during my stay. Our room, restroom, and common area was clean. I enjoyed staying there; except there was a sign in the parking lot that said something around the lines of “park here at your own risk.” Just to my knowledge you think your are guaranteed a comfortable stay and that includes the parking. Not sure if they need to get a security guard to help their clients pice of mind. We had not checked out by 8 and housekeeping knocked and opened the door. We were getting dressed. Check out is at 12pm. So not sure why the housekeeping assumed they could just walk in. Lastly, there were 2 water bottles in our room that said if you’re a diamond member they’re free. I moved them from the area they were to on top of the microwave. Yes I never moved them back when we left but they were not drunk by us. On my way home I recurved a charge for said water bottles. I called the hotel, and the representative on the phone said housekeeping they had been drank. I had to argue with the representative that we did not drink them. Not sure why I had to argue. If I said I didn’t do it, I didn’t do it. It should have been that simple. The representative said to give her 10 minutes, and the charge would be refunded. My charge was not refunded, by Tuesday of the next week I had to call again. I explained the situation,This time the representative refunded the charge while I was on the phone with her.
