Stay in the heart of Girona in one of our modern apartments on Gran Via Jaume I, just around the corner from Carrer Nou and close to the Saba Santa Caterina parking. Only a few minutes’ walk from the historic Old Town, this is the perfect base to explore the city. Completely renovated in 2022, the apartment is bright, spacious, and fully equipped with all modern comforts, including air-conditioning and fast Wi-Fi. It features two bedrooms, both with double beds that can be separated into singles, and two complete bathrooms with shower, sink, and toilet. The master bedroom also has an en suite bathroom. The living room is inviting with a comfortable sofa bed, smart TV, and a dining table. The open kitchen comes with everything you need—dishwasher, oven, microwave, and more—as well as a washing machine, dryer, and ironing facilities. Whether you’re visiting with family or friends, this apartment offers everything for a comfortable and enjoyable stay in Girona.

We stayed for 4days & nights. Location was very close to old town , very clean, very quiet . Perfect for our needs & perfect to return to after hot days seeing Girona , Banyoles, Besalu & a day trip to Costa Brava. Liam was very helpful and attentive at check in.

Espacioso, limpio, nuevo, silencioso y muy bien equipado: frigorífico grande, lavadora de 8kg, secadora, microondas, placa, horno, Nespresso, tostadora, etc. Todo de buenas marcas.Hay aire acondicionado, persianas y ascensor, puntos importantes a favor. Nos proporcionaron cuna. Está cerca del caso histórico a pie. No tiene parking pero hay uno público muy cerca (Saba Santa Caterina) que reservamos por Internet a un precio correcto. Cabía nuestra furgoneta porque tiene 2,1m de altura.Buena comunicación con el anfitrión: llamamos desde el parking y nos estaban esperando, pedimos una escoba a través de WhatsApp y nos la proporcionaron.
