Stay right in the center of Girona in this very spacious 3-bedroom apartment on Gran Via Jaume I, just around the corner from Carrer Nou and the Saba Santa Caterina parking. Recently renovated in 2022, it combines modern comfort with plenty of space, making it ideal for families, friends, or cyclists. The bright living room has a large sofa bed, smart TV, fast Wi-Fi, air conditioning, and a dining table for 6, with sliding doors leading to a sunny east-facing balcony. The open kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, oven, microwave, and everything you need, plus a laundry room with washer, dryer, and storage space for bikes. The master bedroom has a double bed and en suite bathroom, the second bedroom has a double bed that can be split into singles, and the third a single bed. There is also a second full bathroom. As a bonus for cyclists, the apartment has a small courtyard accessible from the kitchen where bikes can be cleaned.

The apartment is located in the centre of Girona, just outside the Barri Vell. There is no parking at the apartment, so we recommend parking nearby before check-in. Girona is generally quiet, though some street noise may be heard due to the central location. Tourist tax not included (16+, max 7 nights).
