Sweet spot close to everything

This apartment offered lots of rooms for the two couples and a single that we traveled with. Everybody had their own space and we shared the single bathroom. Xavier was helpful and available on WhatsApp when needed. He allowed us to extend our stay by a day and provided a secure place for our bikes on the ground floor (this apt is on the 3rd floor and the steps are narrow so no bikes up the stairs). The view over the river/waterflow area is wonderful and the little patio adds to the character of the space. Had a washing machine available as well.

Xavier is super cool

The apartment is a bit of a hike up some stairs. It is somewhat spare on the interior, but has everything you need. It also has a nice view of the river. The host,Xavier, is super cool. He is very helpful and friendly. When he learned that my son is a musician, he brought a full-size keyboard upstairs for him to practice on. The apartment is spacious and well illuminated. It has a full, well stocked kitchen. It has a washing machine.It is also conveniently close to the old town and an excellent small restaurant right around the corner. Highly recommended; just don’t expect fancy.

Bien situé

Xavier, notre hôte, a été très à l'écoute de nos besoins. L'endroit est tout près du centre-ville et de la gare. le garage pour ranger nos vélos était très pratique. L'appartement était très propre à notre arrivée. La cuisine pourrait bénéficier de plus d'accessoires pour cuisiner. Dans l'ensemble, nous sommes très satisfait de notre séjour dans cet appartement.

Merci à Xavier pour son accueil ! C'est un vieil appartement, mais tout est repeint et bien propre, le carrelage ancien est très typique et on a beaucoup aimé son originalité. Avec des fauteuils de secrétariat dans les chambres et des meubles à caisses, le logement ressemble beaucoup à un logement pour étudiants, on pourrait y travailler. L'appartement est très grand, mais l'équipement correspond davantage à un séjour pour 4 ou 5 personnes (vaisselle et salle de bain/WC pas grand). Deux des chambres donnent sur un puits de lumière, la cuisine et la salle de séjour ont une vue dégagée sur la rivière et des arbres, mais ce n'est pas très calme. Il y a un petit balcon où prendre le soleil. Il faut marcher pour aller dans le centre ville. Le logeur est très très sympa. Pensez à prendre des sacs poubelle parce que ceux fournis par la ville de Gérone ne sont pas solides. Par contre je n'ai pas aimé VRBO qui est une plateforme Abritel qui oblige à s'inscrire aussi pour avoir les mails. Abritel devrait renvoyer les mails directement, ce n'est pas très sympa de la part d'Abritel... La logeur a donc été obligé de nous envoyer les coordonnées autrement. Merci à Xavier.

Appartement bien situé pas trop éloigné du centre de Gerone.Nombreuses chambres, et literie confortable.Salle de bain petite pour plusieurs adultes.Salon triste et peu conviviale.Cuisine ok.
