Big and good hotel. Rooms are big and have a balcony or terrace. Bathroom is big and have bath&shower. Parking is big ( with electric charge) the bathroom was dirty and in the room & the 1th floor were smoked(((((

The hotel is located far from public transportation, about 20 minutes walk, you can order a taxi. The rooms are large but do not have a refrigerator or an electric kettle. Things like this are required in such a place because you are in a remote place. I recommend providing a scheduled transportation service via electric golf cars through Al Ghayah even if it is at a nominal cost. The hotel's location is great but the level of services is low, this is my opinion

English in Germany!

The staff were so accommodating and friendly - the room was so clean and well presented - I was slightly concerned as the images online don’t do it justice, it’s a fabulous place to stay! Highly recommend
