The hotel was located close to everything we wanted to see. Staff were very nice and helpful. The breakfast was good, and cocktails in the windows lounge in the evening were good. Would recommend this as a place to stay and would use again if I came back to Glasgow.

The room was very nice, beautifully and stylishly renovated while in a historic building with a lot of charm. We loved the fact that there was a complimentary, complete well-stocked bar in the room along with snacks. Best location possible directly beside Queen Street station, the galleries, all the shops along Buchanan st and restaurants. Hotel entrance is older but the floors / rooms are immaculate / recently renovated and one of the best rooms we had during our trip. Spacious rooms, great A/C. Great hotel choice would stay again

I found the staff very helpful and kind. breakfast was always good and again staff very helpful. Having a Nespresso machine in the room was a bonus and the coffee was lovely. I was on the 5th floor which has been recently refurbished plenty of room and a lovely bathroom. It is definitely a hotel I will return to later this year or early next year.
