In need of a refurbishment

We stayed in the Hotel courtyard rooms which were very tired and in need of a refurb- window did not close properly -wardrobe doors falling off hinges -drainage smell in the bathroom- blinds on doors and windows need replacing however easy parking

I couldnt stay here as it was awful and had to book into another hotel.. it was just me and my 9 year old daughter that had travelled over 6 hours to get here.. we checked in then she walked us outside through the carpark to a little house so we was not actually in the hotel.. it made me feel very uncomfortable

Staff were very friendly and helpful, the room was clean and spacious the only negative point was the shower was very slippery and the tiled floor in the bathroom was slippery when wet. Otherwise a very lovely place to stay.

Great value for money

Had a club room in the main building which was huge. Bed was really comfortable. Staff are always very friendly. Ate in the bar which was very good value for money and breakfast was spot on. I’ve stayed here a few times before and recommend getting a room in the main building rather than a courtyard room, if only for the WiFi!

Good overnight stay

Overall my room was spacious, nicely decorated with a very comfortable bed. Tea, coffee, biscuits in the hospitality tray. The publix parts of the hotel are lovely and the restaurant staff were really nice. Only negatives were that bathroom needed few bits of maintenance although again it was very spacious and clean. The duvet cover on my bed has a rip in the seam, just brought down the standard a bit. That said I will book again without hesitation.

was easy access for getting to town centre and also motorway (M80 ) unfortunately had little issuse with main room door (gap and breeze coming in ) also the bread(toast) was a bit moudly other than that was ok stay for one night
