Our thermostat did not work from the room. Front desk person had to turn it on for us. Service was great. Just issues with that and bathroom could have been cleaned better prior to our visit. Shower not as clean as expected.

Excellent room and excellent staff. Their restaurant was the best we encountered on our vacation, their chef is EXCELLENT! The area around the hotel is very walkable and there are many fine shops and restaurants within 5-10 minutes (walking). We would definitely stay there again!

Central location, close to shopping and restaurants area. Room amenities excellent. Entrance and reception area look inferior to other overall facilities of the hotel. The route from the reception to the bedrooms is somehow complicated.

Clean and spacious room - only thing that would have made it better would be to potentially have alternative milk (for those that can’t drink cows milk) in the room as well as normal milk

We enjoyed our stay! It's in a great central location for shopping and places to eat. My only criticisms of the room are that there wasn't a fridge and the comforter on the queen sized bed was a bit to small as it extended only to the edges of the bed . I would stay again tho!
