Bigger than expected! Definitely worthwhile for a couple or family. Very close to barrowland which was ideal for me. Only downside was there is a bar downstairs and you could hear the music until late which might keep some people awake. Other than that had a fantastic stay and will be coming back!

The room was very clean and comfortable. The towels were big and the very modern bathroom had L'Occitane toiletries and a great shower. The staff were very friendly and helpful. It's in a great location with lots of places to eat and drink, but that does make it a little noisy, but great when you don't have a car and prefer to walk around.

The 1 bedroom apartment was nice, a little dated but comfortable. We checked in on a Sunday and at 9pm the pub downstairs music was ridiculously loud and the living room and bedroom floor was vibrating with the noise. We complained to the manager and he was incredibly responsive and gave us a room on the 4th floor, which was lovely, more modern and no sound of the music from the pub! The room was very warm but it does have AC and also fans which were needed. I am so happy with the managers response to our issue and how he dealt with it, many thanks

This location is great. Walking distance to Queen St railway. Lots of restaurants, shops, and pubs walking distance as well. We had two issues with this place. Our room was located behind the Irish Pub so it was very loud until 3am. In addition the hair dryer only blew cold air. I asked 3 staff members if I could get another one and each one said no. It was disappointing they couldn’t replace it. I wouldn’t stay here again.

Andrew from your team that took care of the 2rd floor rooms was a model of friendliness and welcoming. Each day when we would see him in the hall without fail a big smile, a genuine interest in that we had been enjoying Glasgow. His pride of the city and his work ethic deserves recognition and appreciation. I even could easily see Andrew playing a more central customer focused role should he have an interest to pursue that path. Andrew made our stay special! And we would choose Fraser again based on our interactions and the overall visit.
