Good location, generally clean, staff very helpful, pity there is no king size bed options, bathroom tiny and shower at ceiling height no use for tall folks. Buffet breakfast included, poor quality/ well over heated hot breakfast items, continental items dried up and sparse, poor stocking of plates, heated drinks not labelled so the coffee in the tea cup wit a tea bag didn’t work, tea bags all tied together. I grew up in hotels, training and care needs to be initiated.

Comfortable and convenient base

Perfect location next to the concert hall and convenient for Queen Street train station and the bus station. Our room was small but comfortable, no noise from the street outside, good shower and comfortable bed. All the staff were lovely and very helpful.

Haven’t stayed in this hotel for while, as we going to GCH for concert decided to try it, and it turned out to be good choice, rooms were excellent, decided at hotel to have breakfast and glad we did, overall good choice

My 3rd stay with Holiday Inn this year always good

The staff were all lovely, friendly and accommodating. I was travelling alone so this helped to make me feel relaxed. My room was clean and tidy. A couple of minor things that affected my overall comfort, were that I couldn't fully close the window, so late into the night could hear the noise from people on the street (weekend revellers). Also, I couldn't get the bedside light to stay on independantly from the light in the doorway. I was only there for one night, but if I had been staying longer I would have spoken to the staff to ask what I was doing wrong. Breakfast was great. Lots of choice, plentiful, and very tasty.

This is the place to stay in Glasgow Theatreland

Everything spot on except wet room which was more like a lake by the time two of us had a shower. Drainage needs checking. Breakfast first class as always in Holiday Inn and staff extremely pleasant and friendly.
