What a fabulous two night stay at The Address, Glasgow! Booked an early check in and were greeted with an upgrade on arrival - it was so appreciated! More comfortable bed we have slept in in a hotel and the shower was amazing - so relaxing! Great location and hotel was spotless! Staff so friendly and helpful. Front desk staff was a mixed bag. We had one excellent staff and two that were not great. Bar and dining room staff were great. Friendly and accommodating. We stayed twice over a week....one room had several problems we reported but were never addressed and the second room was an accessible room that was awkward and had an adjoining room with super loud guests that kept us up all night. Location was great.
