-Note: We live on a narrow street with a tight driveway. As such, large SUVs will find it more challenging to maneuver and park.

Eager to start your stay at our property? We completely understand! If you wish to check-in early, do let us know and we'll make every effort to facilitate your request. Please be aware that due to same-day turnovers, we might not always be able to accommodate your request or there might be additional charges to cover expedited cleaning services. We appreciate your understanding in this regard, and will always strive to meet your needs where possible.

SAFETY / ACCESSIBILITY

All bedrooms are located on the 2nd and 3rd floors. The staircase to the 2nd floor is somewhat narrow with smaller treads than a standard staircase. We ask that you are careful going up and down the stairs. Please take this into consideration if mobility is a concern for anyone in your group.

For safety reasons, we prohibit the use of fires on the premises, including in the fireplace and in the backyard.

We have one actively recording security camera at the main entrance which can record audio and video. We only check this device in the event of safety concerns. We also have a device in the 1st floor living room which detects noise decibel levels. It does not record audio or video and is solely used to alert us if excessive noise is detected. This is a safety measure to protect the surrounding residential neighborhood.
