NO STAFF CAN'T EVEN BEBOTHED TO GREET GUESTS. STUPID PASSWORD SYSTEM. NO DOORS KEYS. COLD ROOM TEA AND COFFEE CHOUICE VERY POOR. SINK NOT IN BATH ROOM OUT SIDE. VERY INCONVENIENT. ROOM BADLY LAYED OUT NO HEAD BORD ON BED. TV VERY COMPLICATED TO USE.

Access into the guest house was straight and easy. Good wifi connection. The room was clean with a good view to the outside. Bed was comfy. Kitchen/garden area was clean. Its just a few minutes walk to the city centre On a general note, I commend the management. Keep it up. I would love to stay here again

Very good

Very clear instructions for check in. Very clear re: breakfast area which was excellent. Didn't realise there was a fridge and microwave for guest use but maybe I didn't read the description properly! Definitely would stop again, more than adequate for a solo single night stay.

Most unusual area. I didnt feel comfortable to go out at night. Met three street kids whom did not know where New Zealand & Australia was. When a van of men cruised by us they had to go. Inside the very old refurbished building was very presentable especially the new modern kitchen and diningareas. My basement room ok just the small floor area very dirty and black mould in the corners of the shower.

We had a pleasant stay, the room was clean, along with the Breakfast Area which was spotless and well laid out. Excellent for a short stay, near the park and city center, we had trouble in parking our van the space was to small, but overhaul we were happy

This was perfect for a last minute stay in Gloucester. Walking distance to the Quays. One minute from the park. Tea and coffee in the room plus a good selection for breakfast. The dining area was super modern and clean and the garden was a nice touch. Plus free parking right outside was a bonus
