The staff were excellent. Unintrusive but always there when needed. Polite, bright and attentive. Can’t believe how hard everyone worked over the festive break just so guests could relax. I do hope they’re duly rewarded. Please thank them all for us. We will return next year purely because of your staff.

The duty receptionist was very ignorant, scruffy and wasnt sure what he was doing. All the staff seemed to panicing because a coach of Japanese tourists were checking in, forgetting the people who were waiting. Food was terrible, overprice and not worth the value. Room was nice but the heating kept going off and it was a cold night. Doors banging throughout the night with people talking loudly in the public areas. My worst, by far, stay at this Holiday Inn.

We had a great stay. There were 3 adults sharing a room with king bed and double sofa bed and had plenty of room. There was also a fridge. The pool is great and includes pool, jacuzzi, steam room and sauna - there are lockers and towels provided. Staff were all lovely and friendly on reception, in the spa and in the restaurant. Breakfast was excellent. We came by train to Cheltenham Spa - do not get a taxi from outside the station as it costs twice as much as an uber. We had lunch one day in the bar which was really nice and bought food from Sainsbury’s which is a short walk away. The bar is a nice area to chill out in.
