On-site cultivation includes white grape varieties such as Seyval Blanc, Solaris, Muscaris, and Hibernal, as well as red varieties: Regent and Cabernet Cortis.

Guests have access to a shared space that includes a fully equipped kitchen with a dining area, featuring a dishwasher, induction cooktop, oven, microwave, toaster, and coffee machine.
