in reality, this hotel should be rated from 2 stars to 0 stars. the beds were amazingly small, dirty, smelly sheets . I was suppose to stay 3 days could not stay more than one. Ranking of stars should be changed. thank you.

Pedimos 2 refeições e veio apenas 1, isto era 19:00. Pedimos novamente e não veio. Ligamos na recepção disseram que não podiam fazer nada, que tinha de ligar no restaurante. Ligamos no restaurante de novo e mesmo assim não veio. Resultado meu esposo ficou sem jantar, pois já era mais de 22:00 e estavamos muito cansados para sair pra procurar algo.

Quarto todo sujo, cabelos para todo lado banheiro super sujo, pia entupida, lençóis nitidamente sujos, com mal cheiro. Dava pra ver de longe q não tinham trocado, a gente paga tao caro pra receber um quarto aconchegante, e tudo limpo.
