I don't like the fact that the staff told me FREE parking but I get charged $45 to leave. And also the meals I ordered for room service one of the meals wasn't what I ordered and it was poorly made. Waste of money because I didn't eat it. Not happy

Everything during our stay was excellent. Check in was friendly and easy, had a room upgrade, breakfast buffet was fantastic. Follow up re a parking query was dealt with and resolved quickly. Highly recommend, will stay there again.

Great staff - iconic location

Nice hotel, bed mattress had some age in it, and the hotel is feeling a little tired. Aircon was set to freeze Breakfast was a lovely treat, excellent spread and service is excellent Staff were all amazing and did everything to make the stay easy, enjoyable, and relaxing

The room was spatious and clean. the bed was very comfortable. It was pretty quiet on weekend, but very loud during week (construction nearby) or when the wind was blowing - strong gales caused a constant loud rushing noise all night; but I addressed this by wearing earplugs. The room was often cool - another blanket would have been nice.

Would rate this property, only did a short stay of 1 night. though our expectations where met. Utilised the room service - great, buffet breakfast had variety of food - fresh and awesome. The view in the room was tops. Room clean and tidy. I highly recommend, as we will be back to stay again.

Good enough for the price

Nice hotel, great staff, although it is a bit older it is cleaned well enough. Great size room for the price. Only problem with it is the paper thin walls. You can hear every scream, every chat, every moan from your neighbours. But I guess when all other hotels are going for $4xx a night and this one is $2xx, you have to sacrifice some things

The room was clean but showing its age, with some dated furnishings and finishes. The location was very convenient, close to public transport and a pleasant walk into Cavill Avenue. On-site parking was a great bonus. More than adequate for our short 2-night stay.
