Poor check in and service
Hotel trying to be too smart by half. Lack of check in staff for volumes of people checking in and out. Want you to line up. No concierge so often people trying to get info whilst it is your turn at check in. A hotel of this calibre should have a concierage and staffing to support their guests.
Also how long does one have to wait to get the so called $100 ‘security deposit’ back. Would be nice if I had it back over the Easter public holidays. It is my money, not yours and it should be in my account not yours. I guess you will be making money out of it on the short term money market over the next week …
Won’t be staying again.
