Apart from the gym being run down and sauna not working, we were generally happy with the hotel room. It was clean and tidy with a beautiful view. Personally, the staff were extremely helpful, kind and welcoming.

Very disappointing. Out of the eight lights in the place only three of them worked. Hair on the sheets hair in the bathtub shower leaked water pressure terrible.

This place was a dump, dont be lured by the cheap prices. One of the rooms we had was full of black mould and caused us lots of respiratory issues and allergies. The other room was much nicer in terms of presentation but it was absolutley over run with cockroaches. We emptied 3 cans of fly spray in to the place and they were still coming. We had to unpack our suitcases because they were in there too. the

There were food crumbs on the table, and the floor was disgusting with hair, food and dust. Old dirty towels were left in the wardrobe and after asking them to collect them, no one came for the whole week to get them. I can handle the facilities being old etc, but the hotel was so dirty I hated being there. Will never stay again.

Hoping for a hotel style room but received a 2-3 star motel room amongst long term tenants. Best part was the pizza and beer in the bar with the marina views. Inside the the foyer was very clean but misleading to the style of the room . Hotel manger was really nice and friendly but the property let her down.

Was checked into a room a guest was still staying in. Had issues with tv not work and took them more than 6 hour to fix. Went to the restaurant for coffee and was served cold half full coffee that was taste less. Would recommend everyone stay away from such horrible place. Very dirty and smelly place

Late checkout was great. Very hard to communicate with property beforehand. Broken chair in our balcony and gym equipment all broken bar exercise bike. Toilet in gym clogged.
