Quite fine h ft or a quick stay. Lacked in staff service and my room was down awkward stairs do difficult with luggage. Elevators were unclean. Property felt dated and unkept. Beds and room comfortable but just a little on the tired side. No service from staff and parking is on the street.

I booked and paid to stay here without reading any reviews. Then after reading some really bad reviews I was worried that I had wasted my money. Fortunately, I couldn’t have been happier. This place was an absolute delight to stay at. I honestly couldn’t fault it. Everything was absolutely perfect. I certainly wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again next time I’m on the Gold Coast. 5 star accommodation 😎

Comfy but a dated hotel

The main areas of the hotel, the bar and reception, were ok, the pizzas were delicious and the bar staff really helpful. The room itself felt very dated though. Comfy enough but just a tired room…

Service was super average, no information in the room to help you set the TV up/ use the wifi, and if you want to leave early the doors locked and there’s no instructions to leave, you’re basically just on your own if you need anything. The room was clean though.

Great value for money. Very fast check in and comfortable bed and very quiet. Only criticism was no hand soap in bathroom and there is a crack in the toilet seat which pinched my bum cheek 😂 room 3012. Otherwise excellent.
