Room was dirty poorly Maintained. Stupid keycard which has to be in the door to have the lights on aswell as needing it to use the elevator which didn't work multiple times resulting in me getting stuck once. Poor room service sheets weren't changed in 10 days. No vacuuming in the room or the corridor day old crushed chips in the lobby. Just not a good look. Staff was useless when my balcony door wouldn't close or open anymore took hours for help. Wouldn't recommend this place to anyone only good thing about it is location!

We had a good view of the ocean from our room. Was hoping to work while enjoying the view but the WiFi didn’t work. Spoke to the property about it several times but didn’t help. When we tried checking out, they said they needed to check camera footage to see if we really talked to their staff about it. We had better WiFi walking around surfers paradise than at the hotel. This wasn’t relaxing at all as we had to sit in the lobby instead of our beds at the end of the day for some down time. Housekeeping is not done until after 2pm. We stayed 3 nights and only got cleaning once.

The staff and location of building were excellent. The veiws were amazing, sadly the room was not up to scratch. Old, worn out and not hygienic. The shower and bath had mould all over the grout and silicon, the bed on the window side was collapsed and squeaky. Could hardly get in the front door with the old timber key cards after trying so many times. Eventually got in. Furniture was old and damaged. Air-conditioning unit was vibrating loudly when in operation. There was no access to the spas with my child and it would have cost a fortune if i did on my own. Not really impressed and not well advertised when i made the booking. On the positive side, the buffet breakfast was reasonably good. The price we paid was well over what we should have paid for lack of cleanliness and amenities. Cheers Ads

This is the dodgiest hotel I have ever stayed in. I booked a room for three people at almost $500 per night, yet was given a room with only one bed. The hotel then blamed me, claiming I had booked the wrong room. Since when is a customer expected to know every room layout? Isn’t it the hotel’s responsibility to provide accommodation that actually fits the number of guests selected at booking? The room listing showed photos that clearly did not match the room I was given. When questioned, staff dismissed this by saying the images were “probably just photos, not the actual room,” which is misleading at best. To make matters worse, the duty manager had no understanding of the complaint or escalation process and offered no meaningful assistance. Quality of the rooms is also leaves much to be desired. Basically, dirty motel level for the price of a good five star hotel. Overall, the experience was unacceptable and beyond ridiculous
