The rooms need to be updated and repairs carried out. Wood damaged in places in room. Painting is neeed in corridors, entrance doors to each room are badly damaged/scratched and lifts are dirty. Breakfast buffet was VERY disappointing - the food was terrible and cold.

Zero stars wouldn’t even come close. The service was absolutely disgusting from the moment we checked in. We had no towels, the room was clearly rushed and not properly cleaned, and the sliding balcony door was almost impossible to open or close. At 2am we had to call the manager, and even he couldn’t fix it. At 2am he wanted to move us to another room We reported this issue twice to the day manager, who had the nerve to call me “the most difficult customer,” instead of taking responsibility for their own failure. This was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. No gym no pool

Pool closed for renovations which wasn’t advertised at time of booking. Terribly LOUD music from nearby Cali Beach Club blasting till 1am - couldn’t sleep even with doors closed. Housekeeping didn’t come till late in the afternoon which was inconvenient as I like to go back to the room after lunch. Will never stay there again.

Decent size room with good amenities. Close to usual tourist spots and good restaurants. Negatives are - It's close to some party hot spots and had a terrible time trying to sleep on Saturday night!!! Don't know when I actually got to sleep.

Rooms was dated, old and needed a good clean. Staff were cold and not forthcoming with information. Breakfast was cold with little variety. Noise from local nightclub was terrible and unable to sleep until nightclub closed.
