Great location. Great views. Unfortunately the unit we were given was not equipped well for a 7 day stay. Being a 2 bedroom unit I think more cooking utensils and kitchen aides would have been helpful. Especially if you were a family with children and wanted to do a lot of meal preparation.

I was told it was because tiles were cracked and the waste pipes blocked. Qube was for the most part a nice stay in Broadbeach. The location was great. Minutes from restaurants, shopping, and the beach. The tram is also super close if you wanted to head out a little further for cheap. Also we stayed on the 30th floor and the view was incredible. You can see the ocean, the city, and some surrounding bodies of water throughout the city where people jet ski and boat. The balcony was a nice place to relax for the night and check out all the lights. The apartments do offer free parking which was nice because we rented a car however it was at times a challenge finding an open spot as most of them are reserved for permanent residents. Tip: We had better luck going to Levels B3 and B4. The other issue we ran into was cleanliness which was lacking. We ran across several stains on the sheets, couch pillows, couch, and carpet. We requested a different apartment but were told unfortunately they were all booked. The manager was nice enough and sent up someone to change out the sheets, remove the pillows, and noted the account so we didn't get blamed. They also as a courtesy opened up the spare bedroom and bathroom for us to use which came in handy. Luckily the apartment has a washer/dryer so after double checking everything for pests (the manager assured us they treat frequently), washing the linens, and wiping the hard surfaces with disinfectant wipes ourselves - we were put at ease and able to completely enjoy our stay with no other problems.

Qube is a well maintained property and Staff were lovely. Our apartment was on level 35 facing the highway so you could definitely hear the traffic when doors were open to the balcony but when they were shut, soundproofing was excellent. Beds were comfortable but only had sheets on them. They were not triple sheeted with a doona inside, instead there were blankets in the wardrobe which we did not use as they smelt like they hadn't been washed recently. The apartment was nicely furnished and the kitchen contained essentials if you want to cook. Bathrooms were nice with amazing water pressure but not amazingly clean unfortunately. Location of the property is superb and I would recommend as a great base when visiting the Gold Coast.

Check car parks not labelled as car parks!

Convenient location. Trouble with car park- 3 upper car parks labelled in lift as 1,2,3,.. 3 lower car parks labelled cp1,cp2,cp3. We went down lift to cp3 and not realising we were in wrong place.. 2 other people were looking for their cars at same time, so many must do same.. wasted an awful lot of time before we were told by staff member where to go!! Not good experience..

We stayed at Qube for a girls’ weekend in March and were so happy with the accommodation. Huge living areas, decent balconies with great views, especially the beach side. Everything was clean and easy to access. Reception staff were so helpful. After hours checkin was so easy and we also had a late flight out and were able to stay and use the pool etc after checkout. Aircon in each bedroom was also really helpful as it was quite warm when we stayed. Also great location. There are some fantastic restaurants and bars within 200m. And plenty more if you want to explore. 5 min walk to the beach and oasis shopping centre, or the lightrail stop to surfers. Also only a short walk to pacific fair. We would definitely stay here again.
