We loved our stay at Qube, BBeach. Nice rooms, fabulous amenities and close to trans, shopping and resteraunts. Lovely Emily at reception looked after us and we would love to come back to this resort.

We stayed in a 2 bedroom partial ocean view. The apartment is very nice, but needs a deep cleaning. The views are beautiful and it is close to absolutely everything!

Housekeeping did not change the sheets as there were over 10 stains of small circles of blood on the sheets upon arrival, they looked like spots from possible bed bugs. After my second complaint to management my room was switched, but other than that there was no communication from the management to follow up about the incident with the bloodied sheets and the night I spent sleeping on the couch for fear of a bed bug infestation.

The Qube is located in a great part of the city with nice shopping areas and restaurant filled streets just steps away, as well as the tram station and beautiful broad beach. Our room was great, we got the 1 bedroom suite with partial views of the ocean, which were spectacular, particularly from the balcony. The room was clean and modern, the only issue was that the soap, shampoo and conditioner dispensers in the bathroom were empty when we first arrived and there was only 1 roll of toilet paper during our entire stay. I assume housekeeping would have provided more if we asked but we had brought our own so didn't raise the matter with the front desk. Otherwise we loved staying at the Qube and do plan on coming back again on our next visit.

Aisdr from spotty wifi when trying to cast to the TV's and the broken kitchen sink tap, the place was amazing, super clean and very comfortable for a few nights stay. Highly recommend and will definitely be coming back again.

In the check in I was given an envelope and the lady said that all the instructions were there. I was never told the car park was free. The front attendant was rude and never gave any information about hotel facilities. Unit had hair in the lounge, walls and doors with marks and stains. Location was great, really enjoyed the swimming pool and gym.

Perfect Family Apartments.

This is not our first visit to CUBE. These apartments are HUGE!!! This apartment building is perfectly located with amazing views the higher up you go. Upon arrival, this time, the apartment we were allocated had a set of curtains in the master bedroom that collapsed upon opening. The way Qube management sorted this out late on a Saturday afternoon was a credit to them. They first tried to have the issue repaired, but being unable to do that within an hour, we were moved to a larger apartment. We will be back again.
