Overall great stay however I was a little disappointed with the checking in service due to arriving not long after the reception was closed. The call from reception about full payment and deposit was understood however I had paid my full deposit and wanted to complete the remainder of the transaction first thing in the morning due to needing to use a different payment method for work purpose however there was no flexibility and people were somewhat rude on the phone.

This hotel was rather good for the most part. We managed to book a deluxe room for an incredible price, and it was one of the most spacious and modern rooms we have stayed in. The kitchen was also fully equipped with everything you could need, and the separate bedroom was so comfortable with enough space to move around. The onsite 'restaurant' was disappointing and had a terrible menu unfortunately, and although we purchased items to cook our own dinner, the barbecue area was off limits, along with the pool and gym. All of these facilities we intended to use during our stay and were part of the reason we booked this hotel. I was more than disappointed that the hotel didn't notify us upon booking, or upon check in that these facilities were all out of use.

Friendly staff, old but clean, full cutlery set Not too bad location, but not walking distance to main shops and activities may need to take public transport. Not a hotel standard, neither Holiday unit, not sure what category it is, as it doesn't have room service, no housekeeping, no porter, no mini bar, no internal telephone to contact staff, no information/direction/instruction for using the room/facilities of the hotel, no cooking facility as for holiday unit, no towels for swimming pool etc.
