Beautiful hotel - great location. Have give a 4 star as the pool area was an unpleasant experience, with lots of kids running around, it felt like daycare! There were also a lot of people not staying at the hotel who were accessing the pool area, making it extra overcrowded. The hotel needs to manage this more closely, as it really affected our experience.

Had booked a room on a higher floor but was advised that they did not have one only on the 8th floor. Had to ask reception to re clean room after check in there were dead bugs, a piece of glass in face towel area, TV not working. Went to the internal bar area where a sign said "Please wait to be seated" but no one comes. Asked for a scotch with "1" piece of ice, the drink came with a full glass of ice. Went and had a coffee another day at the same bar area asked for a coffee and a glass of water they came with coffee and wine that then was added to the bill but was removed after I pointed out that we had not ordered wine.
