The room was fantastic, spectacular views and everything I needed at hand. I wish I had booked a longer stay, I will definitely be back. My only complaint is the bed was really firm and I prefer a softer bed.

Out of all the Star properties and accommodation on the Gold Coast I would have to say the residence has been the worst. There is four lifts for a way too many floors. We waited up to 45 minutes with two small children to get down. I would stay at the Dorset again, but I would not stay at Star residence again.

We stayed there for afew days during Hurricane Alfred and had to cut our trip short. Was alittle disappointed that The Star Residences didn’t offer any compensation as we left earlier than what we had paid for in accommodation.

Casino dining options are poor such busy periods and disappointing most the restaurants are closed. The casino experience is no longer a preference things usually change for the better in this case the worst.

Had a fantastic stay at the residence at star staff at reception were helpful. However we did have an issue with the car park the number plate recognition was not working so every time we needed to get out which on some days was 2-3 times we had to go to reception in order to get out and then go back up to the car. Considering we were paying $20. A day for the car park which became truly inconvenient.

Too expensive but excellent space. It suited our needs. The lift situation, during a busy week, was terrible. Long delays causing stress when we needed to be somewhere quickly. The location was great and walkable to restaurants and shops.
