Spread across two levels, the home comfortably accommodates up to eight guests with four bedrooms, two bathrooms, and two separate living areas, providing plenty of space for everyone to unwind.

The lower level features a queen bedroom, a second bedroom with single bunk beds, a bathroom with walk-in shower and toilet, and a fully equipped laundry with washing machine and dryer.

Downstairs also offers a relaxed casual living area with Smart TV — the perfect retreat for kids after a long day at the beach — along with a courtyard where you can enjoy outdoor living, even on windy days.

Upstairs, there is one king bedroom and one queen bedroom, both with ceiling fans.

The spacious main bathroom is designed for relaxation, complete with an indulgent corner spa bath, separate shower, and separate toilet.

The upstairs living area is bright and inviting, comfortably furnished with a large Smart TV, ceiling fan, and reverse-cycle air conditioning to ensure year-round comfort.

The fully equipped kitchen includes everything needed for easy holiday entertaining, including a dishwasher, coffee machine, oven, microwave, cooktop, fridge/freezer, and ample bench and storage space.

Tugun Beach House is located only metres from one of the Gold Coast’s most beautiful patrolled beaches and just 50 metres from the iconic Tugun Surf Life Saving Club.

Set in the heart of Tugun Village, the property is surrounded by popular cafés, restaurants, boutique shops, and everyday conveniences — all within an easy stroll, meaning you can leave the car at home and simply enjoy the relaxed coastal lifestyle.

The property is also pet friendly on application, allowing up to two dogs (strictly no cats or other pets permitted). Dogs must not be left unattended at the property and guests are asked to minimise barking where possible.

For those travelling with pets, the nearby Oceanway pathway offers scenic walks north toward Currumbin and Palm Beach, including access to popular off-leash dog parks and dog-friendly beach areas.

Parking includes one driveway space, with the garage unavailable for guest use.

Linen is not provided at this property. Holiday properties are equipped with blankets/ doonas and pillows and protectors, however please remember to bring your own personal linen including sheets, pillow cases, towels and tea towels. Linen can be hired at a reasonable cost; we will provide details once your booking is confirmed. We also suggest you bring with you soaps, dishwashing liquid, toilet paper etc.
