Parking is located offsite and a shuttle provides transportation from the parking lot to the property. In order to reach the offsite parking lot please follow the below instructions. Take the Trans Canada Highway heading west towards Field and Golden, BC. The turnoff to Emerald Lake Lodge is located 1 kilometer west of Field, BC. Follow the road for 8 kilometers until a sign that says 'Overnight Guest Parking.' Turn left into the parking lot. In the parking lot is a cabin. Use the telephone in the cabin to call the front desk. A shuttle will be sent to pick up guests.

We had an unforgettable stay at Emerald Lake Lodge! The atmosphere was magical — so peaceful and unique. Lighting the in-room fireplace was such a cozy surprise and made our evening feel extra special. The view from the private hot tub was absolutely stunning — truly a one-of-a-kind experience. A special shoutout to the restaurant staff: we were starving and ordered two steaks, but since they needed some time to cook, one of the team members kindly brought us fresh bread and butter while we waited. Such a thoughtful gesture that really impressed us and made us feel cared for. Highly recommended for anyone looking to escape into nature with a touch of charm and luxury!

beautiful area so peaceful to have a morning coffee and walk. only thing to note is there’s no service or wifi except in the lobby area. staff were helpful with 24/7 shuttle from parking lot to lobby except one time they didn’t pick up the phone for the shuttle.

Staff were very friendly and helpful (even though I was getting charged twice for a room). Location was very lovelyand quiet after all tourist were gone. Favorite part was that I got to see a mama bear with her two cubs as we were gonna start our hike. Rooms do need an updated for the price. Had dinner at the restaurant and food had a nice presentation and was delicious (even though the meat was a little tough, but great seasoning).

Outstanding outdoor scenery but rooms are old and need to be updated. We did not sleep all night and I can anywhere. No air conditioning, pillows uncomfortable, old rugs…. But great service and resto outstanding food! The emerald lake is spectacular. But not the hotel.

A very special place. It's unique to be able to drive to an alpine lake surrounded by such stunning peaks. Loved the room with fireplace and the Burgess dining room food and service were top notch.
