The front desk staff was super friendly, I just couldn’t get past the smell in the hallway on the second floor. Just smelt musty and seemed pretty run down in general. I wouldn’t stay here again.

Amazing staff, great stay

So happy we booked here. The staff were so incredibly friendly and helpful. The hotel was clean, and plentiful breakfast too. We will be back.

Pool was dirty and the hot tub was cold. Which would have been nice after an 8 hour drive. Treadmill in the gym was broken too. Breakfast was great and the rooms were clean and fully stocked.

Plain hotel but other than the hot tub being cloudy and we couldn’t get the jets to work, our room was very clean and neat. Generous buffet breakfast included and eating area pleasant.

This is a nice hotel, just in a run down area with fast food joints and semi trucks parked everywhere. It’s not close to the small downtown area so you have to drive and find parking. Compared to Banff and Jasper, Golden just didn’t have much going for it.
