The hotel was clean, spacious and welcoming. The breakfast was excellent, with lots of choice, the room was lovely, well equipped and very comfortable. The spa was really good however, as a guest I think access should be free. We were surprised we had to pay an entrance fee, and only allowed two hours to visit.

Staff are really polite and welcoming. Rooms are compact and weren’t properly cleaned during stay eg used tea bags left and not cleared. Breakfast is excellent although very crowded. Good location and lovely restaurant and bar within hotel. Quite expensive and probably better value in other hotels in area.

The hotel is nice and well located . The staff are very friendly. There was quite alot of construction noise in the area but I understand this is out of the hotels control. The bars downstairs were not always open. We were told we could take a drink from the downstairs bar to our room as it was closing . However when I tried to take a drink from the rooftop bar to our room I was told it was not allowed which was a bit confusing. I would definitely stay here again if I was visiting Gothenburg

Väldigt fint och fräscht hotell! Den enda jag har att klaga på är tillgängligheten. Det var svårt med parkering och att hitta i närheten pga mycket ombyggnationer. Annars väldigt fint rum, vi blev uppgraderade till våning 19 och det var så fint! Sköna sängar. God frukost!

Alltså ett av de trevligaste hotellen vi bott på! Supertrevlig personal, både i reception och frukosten! Så personliga och tillmötesgående! Tips från Ulrika i receptionen om att åka upp till högsta våningen och kolla utsikten vid toaletterna , ta hissen med fönster ner. Frukosten är makalös!!!! Och fika på heurlins! Alltså WOW! Vi kommer tillbaka <3
