FW leider etwas in die Jahre gekommen

Positiv sind die Strandnähe, die 2 Balkone sowie der separate Fahrradraum für maximal 2 Bikes.Gemessen an der Ausstattung, die mittlerweile in die Jahre gekommen ist und keinen aktuellen Standard mehr bietet, ist der Mietpreis absolut überteuert. Fehlende Gaze an den Fenstern, insbesondere den schrägen Dachfenstern, führen zu permanenten Schmutz durch die Birken, das angepriesene Kinderzimmer mit 2 Betten ist dadurch kaum nutzbar. Entweder die Fenster bleiben zu oder beim Lüften rieselt ununterbrochen Birkenschmutz auf die Betten und die Schlafenden.Die Küche sollte mit Herd und Geschirrspüler überholt werden. Die Mikrowelle gehört in die Küchenmöbel und nicht separat auf einen Unterschrank ins Esszimmer. Die offen im Esszimmer stehenden Mülleimer sind ein Nogo.Sehr schade, hier haben wir uns von der Beschreibung und den Bildern etwas blenden lassen. Der Eigentümer sollte hier zeitnah investieren und nachbessern.Trotz allem hatten wir einen schönen Urlaub in Graal Müritz.Viele Grüße, Anett und Heiko S.

Tolle FeWo

Schöne Ferienwohnung in guter ruhiger Lage. Es war alles da, was wir brauchten. Bad geräumig mit viel Ablagefläche. Rundherum viel Wald und Wiese, was vor allem unseren Hund gefreut hat. Wir hatten einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt. Vielen Fank!
