Great choice

The location is superb, the view was gorgeous from the room and even better from the pool. The room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast is also nice and plenty of variety. Overall a remodel would do magic, but we were happy.

L'hotel è bello e posizionato in centro. Peccato solo per la cattiva esperienza personale riguardo la fornitura di acqua calda in camera: su 2 camere datomi, in tutte e 2 non avevo l'acqua calda (a parte l'ultima sera). Il mio consiglio è di rafforzare il sistema di fornitura di acqua calda sanitaria o, ancora meglio, ripensarlo in toto (sostituendo gli attuali boiler ad accumulo elettrici, condivisi ogni 2 camere).

Lage gleich in der Altstadt, Ausblick vom Pool - Zimmer nicht so wie auf den Bildern, Preis/Leistung, Junior Suite Couch extrem unbequem, überhaupt kein W-Lan Empfang, Dusche verschimmelt, Frühstück coronabedingt ohne Selbstbedienung und man muss auf das Personal warten, KEINE inkludierten Strandliegen obwohl online angegeben (das Hotel hat nur 12 in ihrem Kontingent, unbedingt vorreservieren!), Garage sehr unübersichtlich wenn man ein großes Fahrzeug hat, eventuell vorher einen leichter zugänglichen Platz reservieren

wir waren heuer zum 8.x in diesem Hotel,es gab aber zu Beginn keinen Parkplatz im Haus,die Sauberkeit in Zimmer und Bad ist sehr ausbaufähig, das Service an der Poolbar ebenso. es war der bisher schlechteste Auufenthalt in diesem Hotel. wegen der sehr angenehmen Lage des Hotels werden wir aber wir kommen und hoffen, dass sich Sauberkeit und Parkprobleme verbessern

Bra o fint hotell, receptionisten verkar utgå ifrån att alla pratar tyska, lite old school att man får lämna passen i receptionen. Plus 15€ för att parkera i parkeringshuset.

Uncharmant und steril, im Sommer sehr überteuert, Personal zum Teil sehr nett, zum Teil indiskutabel (man wird zB begrüßt mit den Worten, man sei früh dran, kein Willkommen oder guten Tag, OK, das Augenrollen auf die Frage, ob man denn Liegen am Strand reserviert habe, denn die seien ja am Wochenende im August alle aus wegen der geringeren Zahl aufgrund Corona sollte man sich als Tourismus-Dienstleister doch eher sparen)

Die Lage der Unterkunft ist perfekt; Erstreisenden müsste man VORHER sagen, dass Sonnenschirme und Liegen am Strand reserviert werden müssen, sonst steht man ohne beides da; die Sauberkeit war in Ordnung, Mängel wurden auf Anfrage sofort behoben; Frühstück war gut; das Personal durch Coronaregelungen besonders gefordert, aber sehr bemüht;

Winziges Zimmer! Inflexibles Management

Wir haben uns von den ansprechenden Bildern des Zimmers täuschen lassen. Das Zimmer, ein normales Doppelzimmer, war so klein, dass wir die beiden Stühle auf den Balkon stellen mussten, damit man einigermaßen am Bett vorbei kam. Die Decke am Bett war so zerrupft, dass einem davor grauste. Auf eine Anfrage an der Rezeption bezüglich eines größeren Zimmers sagte man uns, dass es nur diese Doppelzimmer oder Suiten gäbe. Unser Zimmer hat € 163 gekostet, was für die absolute Nebensaison nicht wenig ist. Die Suiten hatten einen Preis von € 200 u. 220. dafür wollten sie eine Aufzahlung von € 110(!). Vom Manager würden uns dann € 80 angeboten, da das Hotel ja nur € 138 von Hotels.com bekommen habe. Wir haben dann verzichtet und eine Nacht mit viel Lärm von der Straße über die Runden gebracht, aber wir werden in diesem Hotel sicher nie wieder buchen!

Die Lage ist Traumhaft! Das Personal ist sehr nett und freundlich. Das Hotel und die Zimmern sind renovierungsbedürftig.. In der Dusche die Fugen waren schimmelig.. Das Frühstück war okay. Nichts besonderes.
