Room was clean, sheets were clean. Ac was cold. No coffee pot in room but there are 3 places next door for morning coffee. Across from Braums. So we were happy. They are finishing up renovations, the staff was friendly and fixed my reservations, accommodating our needs.

No workable pool No breakfast No coffee pot in room. No kitchenette. Room was horrible. Grandchild walk across room barefoot, feet black. Tub clearly dirty. Dirt on comfort, bathroom counter and baseboards. Toilet lid stained and broken. Outside environment was unsafe. People drunk and appeared to be influenced by something other than alcohol. Was so upset by motel, environment that i did not stay the second night that was already paid!

The facility was undergoing remodeling and the crews worked late in the evening interrupting rest and TV. The TV was not programmed yet causing me to go to the desk for help. No phones in the room. My brother in another room never got TV service. A/C was noisy.

I walked in and the door was destroyed, no secure lock on the door, beds were messy, the pool was drained and green. Lastly, I went to use the restroom, and there was a suprise of human fieces in the toilet. It was super gross.

We were in town for a horse show. Rented a double bed room. The room is really nice. Looks newly renovated. Very spacious. Has a two burner stove. Refrigerator. Microwave. Large tv. Large walk in closet. Nice spacious shower. And most of all the price was reasonable
