Sehr freundliches Personal, leider war das Wasser im Pool zu kalt um dort Baden zu gehen, und das Bett ist ziemlich hart.

Begeisterndes, auf bayrisch aufgemachtes Hotel

Dieses hervorragende Hotel mit den sehr sehr freundlichen und kompetenten Mitarbeitern kann man nur weiterempfehlen.

Kein 4-Sterne Niveau

Der erste Eindruck war in Ordnung, doch im Detail einfach keine 4 Sterne! - Betten gemacht und 2 kleine Mentos lieblos auf dem Nachschränkchen - Doppelbett mit getrennten Matratzen - Handtücher wurden beim Raumservice nicht erneuert - Seifenspender im Bad vorhanden, jedoch erwarte ich in einem 4 Sterne Hotel Pflegeprodukte wie Shampoo und Körperseife, Ohrenstübchen, Creme/Lotion, Nagelfeile...etc. - Romservice (8:30 Uhr) wollte den Raum aufschließen ohne vorher anzuklopfen!!! Zum Glück hatten wir den Schlüssel von innen gesteckt (ja Schlüssel - hier gibt es noch keinen Chip) - es wird lautstark im Zimmer neben an am Samstag morgen um 8 Uhr gesaugt etc. - Die Einrichtung im Nebenhaus ist insgesamt veraltet - Mehrfachsteckdose freiliegenden am Schreibtisch ( WUNDERSCHÖN) auch ist die Stromversorgung/verteilung sehr merkwürdig/fragwürdig
