Nice hotel just outside Gramado

We enjoyed this hotel because we did not pay for extras that we would not use. The rooms are clean. WIFI is included and easy to use. The included breakfast is typical for Brazil and most enjoyable. The hotel staff are very helpful, friendly and efficient. I compare this to a smaller version of a USA Hampton Inn or Holiday Inn Express with a Brazilian flare.

Bom Hotel, Bom ambiente, precisa é de cuidado.

Na chegada ao hotel tivemos que trocar de quarto, motivo do exaustor do banheiro com defeito, apos troca do apto, tivemos problemas no telefone do quarto com recepção não funcionava, boxe vazando água para o piso do banheiro, o café da manhã muito bom, com alguns aspectos de limpeza das xicaras e chão do salão. Hotel com ótimo ambiente, recepcionistas agradáveis, interessadas e educadas. Precisando de uma melhor supervisão e gerenciamento aos aspectos estruturais.
