Lugar agradável e bem localizado

O loft é bem localizado, dá para conhecer o centro de Gramado todo a pé. Fartura de restaurantes e lojas. A decoração é contemporânea, eletrodomésticos novos e mobiliário também. A TV da sala tem Netflix e YouTube. Quando cheguei o controle remoto estava rachado. A unidade fica virada para um posto de gasolina. Do quarto, o isolamento acústico não é bom. Da sala é perfeito. Melhor dormir neste cômodo. A água do chuveiro esquenta rápido. A administradora permitiu adiantar o check in em 2 horas. A única grande crítica é que tive que comprar absolutamente tudo: papel higiênico, toalha de papel, sabonete… a reserva foi de 5 dias para 4 pessoas. Foi deixado apenas um rolo de papel higiênico, um sabonete pequeno e nenhuma toalha de papel. Considerando-se o custo total da reserva, achei o desabastecimento ruim.

Localização propaganda enganosa

Maior decepção ao chegar no local. No site hotéis.com informava que a acomodação ficava na rua coberta e a mesma ficava a vários quarteirões inclusive uma ladeira enorme. Pior de tudo foi porque filtrei a escolha do hotel pela localização rua coberta e no site do aplicativo mostrava exatamente na rua coberta o que não era verdade.

Fui sozinha para gramado e me hospedei no loft one. Amei a experiência! Desde o super cuidado no atendimento até a hospedagem em si. O apartamento é ótimo, tudo novinho e de muito bom gosto e a localização é perfeita, fiz tudo a pé! Espero voltar em breve!
