Hotel sem estacionamento

O atendimento dos proprietários é bom, mas as acomodações, limpeza, café da manhã, deixou muito desejar. Não recomendo a ninguém e não pretendo voltar.

O hotel necessita de uma reforma e mais pessoas para atender a seus clientes. Quanto a voces necessitam informar ao cliente no email o valor realmente pago para evitar contratempo no Hotel, nosso caso voces colocaram o valor total e pagamento no mesmo valor saldo ao hotel zero.

Tudo Razoável

O hotel deixa a desejar quanto sua estrutura física comparado ao preço da estadia. A infra estrutura é muito simples, o quarto tem cheiro de mofo, portas que não abrem e nem fecham com facilidade. A localização não é muito distante do centro 1,7 km mas para andar á pé tem que transitar na rodovia sem iluminação adequada á noite e nem local específico para pedestre. Se for de carro tem rampa ingrime e estacionamento para 2 a 3 carros somente

não vale o que paguei

cheguei não fui recepcionado me indicaram um quartinho horrível, tomei um banho com ralo entupido e sai da "pousadinha" em busca de outro lugar - paguei antecipado o gerente propôs devolver 50% do valor pago já que concordou que pelo preço que paguei a sua pousada não vale mesmo - até hoje estou esperando o valor de volta - tive que arcar com hotéis caros de última hora - época de natal, símbolo de paz e amor - lamento ter pessoas que insistem em estragar esse espírito

Pousada dos Horrores

Boa noite, nossa estadia não houve devido as péssimas condições da pousada. Má localização, quarto super pequeno, colchões mofados, rasgados e fedidos. Um horror... Não ficamos nenhuma noite, mudamos para outra pousada. Gostaria que vocês fossem fazer uma visita a esta pousada, para comprovar meu relato e retirar do site, para que nenhum outro turista passe pela mesma situação. Obrigada.

sem nenhum conforto.

Ficamos surpresos quando nos deparamos com a Pousada, porque achamos que se tratava de um lugar confortavel, mas infelizmente não é isso. A pousada é muito humilde, não oferece nenhum conforto, inclusive um casal do Mato Grosso que havia feito reserva para o mesmo periodo que nos, não ficaram lá, pois causa do estado. Como estava dificil conseguir outro local com disponibilidade acabamos ficando lá praticamente só chegavamos para dormir devido ao fato de não termos outra opção.

Péssima! Meu quarto não tinha frigobar, cabides no armário, telefone no quarto (sinal de celular, nem pensar)! Caro demais pelo que oferece! Não recomendo.

cama e calefacao da cama razoaveis,

o cafe da manha não é bom. Para ter água quente no chuveiro tem que pedir para ligar a caldeira que demora 30 min para esquentar água. nas fotos o quarto é bem melhor do que a realidade. a acústica não é boa, escuta-se os vizinhos. A cama é razoável, eles tem aquecedor elétrico na cama.

Great staff

Very comfy guest house (not a hotel) run by a very supportive family. Breakfast is fine. Rooms are clean. Thermal sheets help a lot during the cold winter. Localization is ok if you have a car. If I ever travel to Gramado again, I will stay here.
