This time I was very disappointed with the staff and room, and how unwilling the staff was to help and how the room staff talked to us and how they( within themselves in our room and in front of us would talk about their shift hours, how it was time to go home, how they wouldn't stay overtime and how it was up to the management to find another staff for those times.

O hotel ‘faz parecer' que tem qualidade, em função da gentileza da recepção durante o checkin, e da localização, que é excelente, mas nada no hotel sustenta essa boa impressão. Café da manhã fraquíssimo (muitas opções mas de baixíssima qualidade), com mesas e cadeiras velhas, limpeza das mesas ruins, alimentos com aparência pouco atrativa, qualidade dos iogurtes ou leites ruim, filas para pegar um omelete, e você sai cheirando fritura na roupa que passaria o dia! A academia é boa em relação aos aparelhos, mas ficou suja durante os 6 dias que a frequentei: lixos transbordando, acaba o álcool, banheiro sujo, não repõem panos para limpeza dos aparelhos nem frutas - que só havia no primeiro dia da estadia, mas já aparentava estarem ali há algum tempo e depois não repuseram mais em 5 dias. A limpeza do quarto: não oferecem aqueles papéis para colocarmos em cima da cama solicitando a troca dos lençóis e durante os 6 dias, os lençóis não foram trocados. O banheiro esteve com vaso entupido quase que a estadia inteira, um horror. Parece que a tubulação é ruim… Enfim: Não indico! Uma decepção.

Poderiam melhorar o atendimento no check in .Teve uma atendente bem chata . Poderiam Enviar mensagem dizendo qual a melhor rota do aeroporto até o hotel , pegamos um estrada muito ruim para chegar até Gramado . Mas o hotel é muito bom , aconchegante e os funcionários são muito bonzinhos . Com excessão do pessoal do check in e os manobristas tbm acho que poderiam melhorar o atendimento.
