This is modern hotel and close to the tourist attractions in Granada. The car park is very tight but the staff did offer to park the car for us. Also the bathroom was very small in our room and I think the hotel should provide bottled water each day. Comfortable and would recommend.

Great hotel, lovely room on top floor with a small balcony overlooking the department store and a view of the mountains. Really well laid out bedroom and bathroom. Nice shower, good breakfast choices, friendly staff and lounge area on the ground floor. Would use again...

This property is well seated in the old history center within walking distance to many key monuments, restaurant, tapa bars and shops. The service of the hotel and quality of their food second to none. Great place if you like high quality hotels service within historic landmarks.

The hotel part and employees are nice but the gym was awful. It is used by people other than guests and they do classes. We had a more expensive room that faced the inside and you could clearly hear the classes. Going up to work out you felt like you had to push through the classes to get to the cardio equipment and weights. Like you shouldn’t be there. Then there is the issue of none of them being available. On my third trip back I got a treadmill but had to listen to the classes the whole time. The guy training was very nice I will say and turned the AC on for me. The girl though obviously didn’t want hotel guests there. The gym is on the 8th floor with no card access on the elevators. Not a place to have a gym being used by non guests and it was in no way big enough for that. One of the ladies at the desk argued with my husband when he expressed that this is an issue but one of the other workers admitted it could be an issue. It was obviously an issue. The parking was great and the hotel was very clean. If you don’t want to use the gym just make sure you get a room where you can’t hear it.
